Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
2. Payment Policy
The total amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the check-in date.
For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00
- Check-out: by 10:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
5. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged accordingly.
6. House Rules
- No smoking inside the property
- No parties or events allowed
- Respect for neighbors is required
7. Liability
Palazzo Angelico is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
